tell me again, what's the point of secret santa if everyone decides to get everyone else gifts anyways?

now i've decided i have to give gifts to everyone or else i'll look like a big jerk face. or maybe people have made the assumption that i won't give any gifts and they didn't get any for me either.

i'm so tempted to just get a million gift cards. le sigh.
